Exchange return and refunds

All purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date you received your order. We offer a free of charge pick-up service from any address you will provide as long as it is in the same country of the original shipping address. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs.Shipping is free but for returns outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties.

We advise all our customers to use our own service available on the website to return purchases for insurance purposes. If you decide to use alternative means, we won’t accept liability for any damage or loss.

Items must be returned new, unused and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 
Kindly check our return policy in detail to know the conditions for returning items. Please also note that returns aren’t available for goods made to order or clearly personalized or tailor-made. Check carefully the item description before purchasing. If the item selected cannot be returned, this will be clearly indicated. Please contact us by email on info@nabatea.co.uk if you have any further questions.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Simply post the item and have it sent to: Via Po 75, 20032 Cormano (MI).

Make sure you attach the order confirmation order and that you send all required labels, boxes, etc.

Alternatively, book a free collection with DHL, by calling +44 (0)844 248 0844 or visiting dhl.com and checking your country’s branch telephone number.

If you would like to exchange an item, choose your replacement size and make sure you indicate it. Please read carefully the fitting advise provided.

 

Do not seal your package until the courier has checked the contents.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your account. 
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders outside the EU, we cannot refund custom duties and sales taxes but you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Refunds won’t include the original cost of shipping which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please note that Nabatea might take up to 7 working days to handle a refund paperwork preparation particularly for orders outside the EU and that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

RUSSIA RETURNS

It is not possible to return goods from Crimea, so please note that returns from Crimea will not be accepted.

For items whose value is above 1000 Euros you will require to pay additional fees to Russian customs. Please contact your local customs bureau for more information.
When the English invoice has been issued please contact DHL Russia on ru911@dhl.com or +7(495)9561000 ext 2811 to obtain a form declaring transfer of goods by individual, that will be necessary to complete the return. Once you have received your customs bill you can then book a pick-up date with DHL.

Please note refunds and returns are not possible for any fur goods.

AUSTRALIA RETURNS

Upon returning, you can receive a store credit refund equivalent to the value of any Australian customs duties you have paid.
This applies to returns of full-priced orders over 1000 AUD (before customs duties and taxes are added)

Your store credit will be added to your account within 14 days of receiving your return.

OUR POLICY

All items must be returned new, unused and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure necessary protection when in transit. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.

If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.

Hosiery must be returned in its unopened packages.

Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own lingerie garments without removing the protective adhesive strip.

All cosmetics – Beauty
 Skin care and haircare –  must be returned unused, unopened, with an unbroken seal and in their original packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted. Please note that fragrances, nail polish and aerosols are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Bags, wallets and leather products must be handled with care and particularly light-colored bags that can be easily stained. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.

Shoes
 must be tried on paying attention not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and box if supplied, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping (possibly the original box provided).

Faulty goods 
are those received while damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. This doesn’t include damages due to normal wear and tear.

Colors 
are displayed as faithfully as possible but because of the many models of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices available, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

Repeated Returns 
are monitored.  Continued returns may lead to refusal at our discretion or even closure of your account.
